which will be organised in Vienna, Austria, at the premises of FFG/Austrian Research Promotion Agency.

The main aims of the workshop are

  • a joint publication in a scientific magazine,
  • to share experiences and good practise on EU-Russian RTD cooperation in FP6,
  • to improve the competence of FP7 multipliers incl. NCP’s in Europe and Russia to support their researchers
  • to promote and disseminate the RUSERA EXE report
  • to network researchers and other stakeholders active with EU-Russian cooperation
  • to give advanced training on FP7

A variety of experienced European and Russian researchers and other stakeholders will provide valuable insight into cooperation experiences, successful scientific relationships, cultural behaviour patterns, challenging situations, current practical obstacles and some solutions found. The RUSERA EXE consortium as organiser will present the outcomes of it’s survey on EU-Russian cooperation in FP6. The new Russian funding programme of RTD (2007-2012), where European research teams can participate, will be presented. Those who are particularly interested in FP7, are encouraged to attend an advanced FP7-training on 30th January 2008 which targets mainly Russian participants in the Framework Programme.

Target groups
